What is included in a Missologist membership?

When you join our community you officially become a Missologist! 😍

As a Missologist you receive a monthly box mailed to your home (or wherever you indicate you want it mailed) with 3-5 recipes and the ingredients to create up to six (6) cocktails.

Missologists also receive bonus recipes and online video tutorials, along with monthly surprises!

Wait! There’s more! 😊

Missologists get access to all tutorials on the first day of each month and early access to all bonus and Special Edition boxes.

Missologist also receive reward points that can be applied to future purchases (but not monthly boxes).

There is also Missologist-Only products in our Shop, like Missologist Merch, and Missologist-Only content in our blog (The Mix).

What if I don't want a full box?

We have Single-Drink Boxes available for one-off (no membership necessary) purchases.

Each Single-Drink Box contains enough ingredients for at least two (2) cocktails.

Do I have to be a Missologist to purchase items from your Shop?

Missologists get our best pricing on items in our Shop, and we even have Missologist-Only Merch! However, you do not have to be a Missologist to purchase some of the items in our Shop. Click here to see what we have available.

Do I have to be a Missologist to participate in Events?

Missologists can participate in all our events at no extra cost as they are a part of their membership, but you do not have to be an official Missologist to participate in events.

There will be a small fee charged to those who are not Missologists, and you will not have access to some of the prizes given away during an event because we mail out some items with monthly boxes.

Do I have to be a Missologist to purchase full boxes?

All past monthly boxes will be available in our Shop for purchase by Missologists and non-members.

When will I be billed for my recurring membership?

We have four membership options: monthly, quarterly, biannual and yearly. Your membership will renew on the same date each cycle.

For example, if you join as a 3-Month Missologist on December 12th, then your next payment will be debited on March 12th. If you join as a Monthly Missologist on April 19th, then your next payment will be debited on May 19th.

Will I be able to skip a monthly box without having to join all over again?


Log into your account and go to My Subscription.

To the right of Action, you will see Skip next monthly box.

Click Skip next monthly box and the request takes affect immediately and your new billing date will show immediately.

Can I cancel my membership?

We would be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and going to My Subscription.

To the right of Action, you will see options to Skip next monthly box and Cancel.

Click Cancel and your membership will not renew.

Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy to know and understand how cancellations work.

Once you cancel, your membership will not renew, but your membership will continue until the last day that the membership is already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds.

Can I change my payment method after joining?


Log into your account and go to My Subscription.

To the right of Action, you will see options to Add payment.

Click Add payment and enter the details for your new payment method.

When you have updated your payment information, click the Add Payment Method button, and you’re all set!


When do Missologists receive the monthly box?

We ship the monthly boxes on the 15th of the month. In order to receive the current month’s box, you need to order by the 5th of the month. Orders placed after the 5th of the month will be for the following month’s box.

Does someone 21 or over need to sign for my box?

Your box will not contain any alcohol, so a signature is not required to deliver your box.

If you will not be present when your box is delivered, we encourage you to make arrangements for your box to be left in a secure location.

If our records show your box was delivered, but you cannot locate it, then we will not be able to replace your box without charging you to do so.

What if my box/order includes something I don't like?

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on subscription boxes, their contents and/or any other human-consumable products we sell individually that have already shipped.

Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy to know and understand our position.

If I am not a Missologist, when will I receive my order?

Your order will ship soon after you place your order.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Missologists get free shipping on their monthly boxes.

If you are not a Missologist, then a flat fee of $5.00 is added to each of your orders.

What if something in my order is damaged and/or missing?

Let us apologize now if this happens.

Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy to know how to get your issue resolved if/when you are confronted with damaged and/or missing items.

There is a form on that page that you can submit to let us know about the issue(s).

Do you ship internationally?

As this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

If you would like us to consider shipping to your country, please submit our form letting us know.

Can I buy more of the ingredients I received in my monthly box?


Visit our Shop to get more of the ingredients you need.

Please note that purchases made from the Shop will not be added to your monthly box. They will ship separately.

What if I have food allergies and/or dietary concerns/restrictions?

If you have any known food allergies, or suspect you may have food allergies that have yet to be diagnosed, or if you need your human-consumable items prepared in a specific way, then we suggest you do not purchase from Missologist.

We cannot guarantee that those with food allergies or dietary concerns/restrictions will benefit from our subscription box service.

Order by the 5th of the month to receive the current month's full box. If you order the full box after the 5th of the month, then you will receive next month's full box.
