Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on subscription boxes, their contents and/or any other human-consumable products we sell individually that have already shipped.
Once shipped, subscription boxes, their contents and/or any other human-consumable products we sell individually cannot be exchanged and they are non-refundable.
If you are a subscriber and no longer wish to receive your monthly boxes, be sure to cancel your subscription before it is set to renew.
We do not offer partial refunds, and you will continue to receive your boxes until your paid term expires. You will not be billed again once the term expires.

Our goal is to send only the highest quality ingredients to you. If you are unhappy in any way with your delivery, please reach out to us as soon as you receive your shipment so we can work together to find a solution to your concerns.
We ask that you open your package immediately upon receipt to check for any damaged and/or missing items. If you receive any damaged items, or if you are missing any items, and you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package, then we will replace those items by the next business day.
If we have not heard from you within three (3) calendar days of your receipt of your shipment, then we will take it that everything is satisfactory with your purchase and we will not entertain any requests for replacements. Again, please open your shipment within 24 hours of receipt and let us know if anything is damaged and/or missing.
